The mind is a terrible thing to waste but it's an even more dangerous thing to leave unattended. Modern science has begun to prove the power of thought and how we can consciously or unconsciously create and effect our reality. Therefore, we are highly responsible for the products of our thoughts and must learn to control them.

In our society, control has developed a lot of negative association. When we think about control we often think about power and assertion but, in this context, I simply mean 'guided movement.' Thoughts, just like everything, are fluid and simply a reaction to our current environment. The key, then, is to find and/or create environments that are conducive to POSITIVE thinking - for that will make all the difference.

A positive thinking environment can include many things, but the result is a sense of inspiration. You should feel the motivation to complete many different things rather than depletion and lethargy (which, sadly, is what most of us are accustomed to these days).

There are many tools for transforming your environment - many of which are easy to incorporate. Really it's all boils down to just being conscious and aware.
