Our bodies are our vessels through this journey called life - and without their full capability we are severely hindered on many different levels. From the skin to the heart, everything matters, and should be in tip-top shape. Or, at least, that should always be the aim.

In modern American society though it can become a feat to achieve the smallest degree of physical health / progress. The combination of nutrient-deficient foods and perpetual inactivity leads to a whole host of life-defeating complications, all the way from obesity to cancer to depression to diabetes. And everything in between.

The key is to find time in your life to meet the demands of your body. We must find a way to feed ourselves properly, provide adequate movement / activity, and manage the stress / tension that we tend to accumulate throughout our day. Without meeting these basic needs our energy falls, our attention dampens, and we become susceptible to illness and disease.

The body is an amazing instrument when taken care of correctly so we might as well use what we are given - totally and completely!
